Our head office is in London, and we build embedded offshore teams in five hubs across four countries.

We build teams in Cape Town and Johannesburg (South Africa), Iași (Romania), Bengaluru (India) and São Paulo (Brazil). The right hub depends on the roles you need and on when the work has to happen, so as part of the service we advise on the location, cost and availability that suit your team.

Our hubs, with a 9 to 6 local working day shown in UK time:

  • Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa (UTC+2, one hour ahead of the UK in summer and two in winter): English-speaking teams working 8am to 5pm UK time in summer and 7am to 4pm in winter, so they share most of the UK day.
  • Iași, Romania (two hours ahead of the UK all year): multilingual European teams inside the EU, working 7am to 4pm UK time all year.
  • Bengaluru, India (UTC+5:30, four and a half hours ahead of the UK in summer and five and a half in winter): our deepest engineering pool, working 4.30am to 1.30pm UK time in summer and 3.30am to 12.30pm in winter, so the day is done by UK lunchtime.
  • São Paulo, Brazil (UTC-3, four hours behind the UK in summer and three in winter): cover into the Americas, working 1pm to 10pm UK time in summer and 12pm to 9pm in winter.
